I highly recommend Tofun! He is honest, a great mechanic, reliable, and trustworthy. It can be so tough to find a mechanic to trust in a new town--Tofun was recommended to me by a friend whose family's cars have all been cared for by Tofun for almost 15 years. I've found that some mechanics can be condescending or upsell since I don't know much about cars--Tofun was honest, explained the issues and let me decide what I would like to do. He's a great guy and made me feel comfortable and not overwhelmed. I will continue using him as my mechanic even if I need to travel further to see him. He replaced my transmission fluid, did a full inspection, and oil change...and let me know what will need to be done soon and what we'll watch. Great experience!

Review for state inspection 6/22/2024- After the idiots at the Rt. 7 Shell Station on the Sterling/Reston border told me they'd have to automatically fail my car due to cosmetic damage to my bumper ( I'm certain this is not a thing you can fail for since my car previously failed last year and none of the reasons had anything to do with the cosmetic damage that was already there), I took my 2013 328i to this wonderful Exxon in Great Falls (across from cars and coffee). The mechanic was awesome and my car passed in under five minutes. Come here for state inspection, emissions and repairs- it's great!

**Warning** On August 12, 2022 I took my Bentley Continental GT in for a basic oil change. I thought this would be a normal process, it's a simple oil change. Well I was greatly mistaken! When I got my car back, I started to drive down the road. Then I decided to pull over and check the oil level to make sure. Well as you can see from the photo it was bone dry. Needless to say I was very upset. If you have a high end car and you need the basic done, I would not recommend this place. Let's put it this way if my engine would have died, they would not take responsibility.

Just a quick safety inspection this time but I have had plenty of work done on various vehicles and can attest that they do a great job.
