Gasket Masters

My 2010 Toyota Prius recently lost coolant and started shaking. I went to the gasket master, who was very experienced and immediately determined that my car was suffering from a head gasket problem. The technician Brian is a handsome man, I was amazed by his unparalleled skill. it was perfect! My car came back to life in about three hours! It's incredible! That's great! Perfect!Thanks a lot.

If you have a Prius with a head gasket issue, look no further. I’ve done the research, I’ve shopped around and am glad I found the Gasket Masters. I had bad luck purchasing a Prius from a used car dealer full price that had the head gasket issue presenting symptoms after only a week, the typical nightmare situation we hear about used cars, especially hybrids. I’m in Phoenix and we don’t have any specialists that keep the balance of economy and service. I can’t speak for the locals work but everything was “overpriced” relative to Gasket Masters. I drove over from Phoenix last night and checked into a hotel just down the street and showed up at 8:30 the next morning. I almost never write reviews... (I know, tons of people say that) but I had to for this. Made an appointment for same day replacement on March 28th for a head gasket replacement for a newly acquired 2012 Prius V that I bought with a head gasket leak. All I got to say is Brian is awesome. You can tell he really knows what he's doing (I've been working on personally owned Toyotas myself for 30 years and this isn't my first Prius). He's extremely friendly, honest, and humble. He answered all my questions, put up with me occasionally poking in just to see what his process was, showed me the problem with the gasket, and checked for any other problems with the engine (luckily none). Mechanic did a good job at replacing head gasket but he didn’t put my wheel cover back (I’m busy and can’t drive back for 1 hr drive), didn’t install my windshield base correctly, tire nuts were loose. This is a safety issue. I messaged via Facebook but none responded me.

Cannot recommend this shop enough. Took a gamble after reading the reviews as I was looking for someone to change out my waterpump/thermostat and do the general EGR cleaning for my 2016 Prius. From the moment I called, their shop was extremely professional, told me exactly what they would do, and completed the job in less time than they originally quoted. The price was better than any other place locally (drove up from San Diego). Miguel completed the job and had me back on the road. Drove 3 hours in traffic and smooth sailing. I checked everything when I got home, and everything is as it should be (he even checked for any other leaks, none found). If you have a Prius, you HAVE to go to this shop. Extremely fair prices and excellent service (hard to find these days)!
