We are extremely disappointed at how they handled our situation today. A trailer needed a pin replacement (couldn’t slide its tandems). These guys charged us over $460 for a pin that costs $10. They claimed they needed two hour minimum labor even though we went to their shop, not a road side call or anything. We tried to explain that this is overpriced but they blocked our truck and trailer and demanded full payment or they will lock the gate with our equipment and driver on their yard! Avoid at all cost!

Couldn't have had a better experience. Had our RV towed to Gass Automotive by Keith and Jason who were awesome and made sure everything was done right. Once at Gass Automotive the team got us in the shop and back on the road quickly giving us daily updates along the way. Tommy and team were awesome to work with and are now our go to for any chassis work on our RV.

We went in to have new tires put onto our Class A motorhome. They scheduled us in fairly quickly and got the work done in one day. Prices seemed fair. The waiting area has some comfortable chairs inside and some rocking chairs outside. We had to bring our two dogs since we are full time RVers. There is plenty of space to walk them and stretch our legs. The staff treated us well and the owner answered all of our questions. They are in the process of adding RV spots for those repairs that might require multiple days. Update: they have the RV pads completed. Concrete with electric. Great if you need to wait over night for a part. We also recently had to use their mobile service. Not cheap but the service was top notch. The work gets done right the first time!

Shows great disrespect to truck drivers, humiliates, reproaches, discriminates, wants to rip you off twice as much money for every time you move to their parking lot, so I strongly advise against using their services, especially for truck drivers.

Beware of this place! The person at the front desk and the owner are extremely unprofessional and dishonest. Not only did they charge us nearly $5,000, but they also demanded an extra $500 just to release our truck from their lot — absolutely outrageous! These people are not interested in providing a service; they just want to rip you off and hide behind the excuse of “insurance policies.” This is pure robbery. Stay away from this company at all costs.
