Great job on my husbands truck! You guys made me shine after my fender bender! All repairs were done! Perfect job by Zack and team especially Junior Chavez ! All panels fit perfect and paint is factory like finish. Was a seamless process.We have always entrusted our many vehicles with Gateway Body Shop!!

So far, our experience has been really good. Zach worked hard get an estimate completed for my mom’s car and explained the process very thoroughly. My mom didn’t have the best experience with a younger sounding female on the phone who didn’t explain things clearly, but keep in mind, she is 65 with memory issues due to chemotherapy. When we arrived to drop off her vehicle, the gentleman who did the intake on the vehicle was very thorough, answered our questions, even said he would try to buff out a superficial scratch.

The manager, whose name is Aldo, is coldly condescending and rude. My car was taken in to be fixed after I was a victim of a hit-and-run and he kept it for over a month. It wasn't getting fixed because they did not have the parts. It just sat in their garage while I spent hundreds on Lyfts. When I asked why it was taking so long I was told that somebody had called in sick but did not even bother with an apology. Then he proceeded to keep it another week; I guess just to show me he is the boss.

Me and my husband have always enjoyed working with Anthony , He was always helpful and nice to speak with . Today he informed us that his last day was tomorrow. It was sad to hear , but we wish him the best of luck with his future endeavors.

I had no problems with anything Diana was great she kept updated at all times with my truck! she was always great over the phone and in person.
