I love this establishment they are always upfront with you. They really know there cars. I had a cracked thermostat with leaking hose. That was my concern to and it was addressed with promptness. I will refer anyone to this establishment for there services. Great customer service and always ask the repairs are working out. If there is any issues they are there to help. So far so good. I recently purchased a vehicle and brought it to Gateway Auto for an oil change. I’m so glad I did — they discovered my brakes were in bad shape (did an inspection since I just purchased it from their sales team) and clearly explained what needed to be done. I'm thankful I was recommended to go to Gateway Auto - Service Center. They correctly diagnosed The broken air compressor on my vehicle. That was what caused the issue of my car failing to start. The previous mechanic I spoke with misdiagnosed my car and led me to believe that I needed to replace the engine. It turned out that was not necessary. I thank Gateway for saving me thousands of dollars and huge amount of time.

Gateway is the most honest and knowledgeable shop in town. Do yourself a favor and give them your business. I bought a vehicle recently and had a warranty job done by the dealer and that dealer made a mistake on my car. I took it to Gateway who normally gets all my business and they fixed me right up and treated me right. I will always recommend Gateway to anyone that asks.
