My service advisor Amanda was very helpful to get me in & out quickly. Had new winter tires installed, oil change, a recall (that I was not aware) taken care of and even a hand car wash! Everything was well organized and professional from the parts department through service. Great example how a dealership should operate!

I had a great experience at Gateway Kia of North Brunswick, especially working with DJ Kent in the service department. DJ was professional, transparent, and very thorough throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly and made sure every detail was handled properly, step by step. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers and takes responsibility for making sure things are done right. He kept me informed and treated the situation with urgency and professionalism. Highly recommend DJ and the service team if you need honest and attentive service.

I was able to tow my car to their garage and they were able to fix it same day. I was able to work from home and rest assured that they would take care of it. Excellent communication with the service advisors and Amanda was even willing to wait after closing for me to come pick my car up. To top it off, the complementary car wash, washing off all of the salt build up was a nice surprise. It was a great experience!

Went in for first complementary servicing (mainly oil change) 6 months after purchase of our Sportage. We were told would take about 90 minutes so decided to wait for job to be done. Waiting area was comfortable, was able to grab a free latte, and everything was completed in about 75-80 minutes, so right on their promised timeline. Mechanic was provided a whole video showing full inspection of the vehicle. DJ was there to check us in, explain the services, and checked to make sure a recent remote software update had already addressed a software recall I was notified about. Car was returned to us in freshly handwashed shiny condition. Will come back again for next service!

I received quick, courteous check in and check out from DJ and Spencer at the service desk; very nice gentlemen. I dropped off my car and then received a texted video from Ian Richards, the certified technician who gave a very clear and thorough explanation of the inspection of my car. Very happy with the entire process. Excellent service!
