I recently purchased a 2014 Honda Accord for a competitive price from Gateway and had a great experience! Lindi was helpful, friendly, and transparent, and he created a no-pressure sales environment. Mechanics work onsite and are available for questions, making the whole operation all the more transparent. I’m loving my vehicle so far and feel good about the prospect of coming back to the shop for an oil change or routine maintenance when the time comes. Overall, a wonderful car-buying experience! Unexpectedly found myself needing a new (to me) car following an accident. Did a general search for the type of car I was looking for and sent a few emails to inquire about availability. Lindi, the sales manager, got back to me right away and we set up a test drive. He and the other gentleman I worked with, Nick, were very nice and no pressure, which I really appreciate - especially because this wasn't a situation I had planned on being in so my anxiety was running a bit high. If you’re looking for a used car, go here! Lindim made the process stress free and seamless, when more often than not it can be a real pain to get something like this done. Not to mention, when I had a check engine light come within a couple weeks of the purchase, Lindim and his team took care of the issue right away and made sure the car was good to go.
