So today I visited the office to submit my letter of interest in renting in the community, and I must say my experience was a most enjoyable one, in previous visits the lady at the front desk was always proffesional and courteous, the gentleman who was behind the desk today was exceptionally friendly, courteous, yes proffesional and he answered all my questions, sorry don't remember his name, he was wearing a light brown polo shirt, African American early to mid 30s, I was there at approximately 10:15 am, thank you for a most wonderful experience.

After what seemed like a very long 2-year wait on the list I finally got into this complex! So I just want everyone to know how great Chessie the leasing agent was in helping. Avia the property manager, Stew the maintenance manager,helping with all of the paperwork and everything it took to finally get in. They couldn't have been kinder and nicer and more helpful! And I really think I'm going to love it here the property is immaculate and well taken care of.

Lourdes from Admin or front desk, is one of the most unprofessional and rudest people my parents have ever dealt with. This employee lacks empathy towards the tenants. My parents do not speak English and this employee mistreats them and her mannerism makes them feel bad for even trying to reach out to her. This person is incredibly inconsiderate. Working for the geriatric population is not where she belongs.
