got my rims powder coated and the guys did a great job. made a huge difference to the aesthetic of my car. something ended up going wrong with my 2 of my sensors in the process and they handled it professionally all while communicating updates with me. everyone was very nice and respectful would recommend anyone their way.

Had a piece of trim pop off they was nice and helped me get it back on without having to get a new one

Worst and most dishonest shop I ever did business with. After 3 weeks i called to check up on my car to find out they never got ahold of my insurance company to see is they were approved for the repairs when i was notified 3 days after bringing it in. I had to do the secretary work for them. For over a month I was told each week that my car would be done next week. Now I been waiting all week because of they claim they keep getting wrong/ broken headlights. I'm pretty sure I'm being lead on and lied to. My guess is they had better paying projects to work on than mine since they quoted 10k and insurance is paying 7k. I brought my car in December 30th and now its march. I'm still waiting from hitting a deer.

It is rare for me to walk into a “car place” of any kind without feeling like I’m being scammed and need a soul cleansing, but Gatwood was extremely different from the moment we arrived. Everyone was genuinely kind, down to earth, and doing everything they could to get us repaired and out the door for the least amount of money possible. Rather than quoting me several thousand dollars and claiming work that didn’t really need to be done was “necessary”, the guys at Gatwood got our car road suitable in minutes, ordered some secondhand parts in the same year, make, model, and color of our vehicle, and scheduled us to come back for final repair. Keith (I think was his name). Was a delight to deal with concerning my car. It's never a good day usually, If you are taking your car to a body shop. So when someone takes the time to bring a little light to a "Not so great, Experience". Stands out above many. Cannot say much YET, about the work that they provide. But from all that I have heard. I'm sure I will not be disappointed. But, will update when that time comes.
