Great experience with Corey Schuster and the entire staff at Gaughan today. They made buying a 1st car for my grandson so easy! Cars were clean and ready to be test driven despite the recent weather. And they include a customer appreciation packet with each car purchased. Definitely a 5 star experience...

I would highly recommend dealing with Ryan the Sales Manager at Gaughan when looking for a car. We had a few minor issues that he went above and beyond to take care of. He has a lot of integrity and is a great representation for Gaughan Auto Store. His honesty and commitment to the customer is what makes you want to come back to Gaughan to purchase any cars in your future. I just want to thank the team at Gaughan Auto for their help with my purchase of my 2017 Ford Focus ST . It’s my favorite car I’ve ever owned and i’ve owned 8 other vehicles thus far in my life. First Ryan helped me (and he was great ) until he left for vacay and passed me on to PJ who was also great and very fast at closing the deal and making our hour drive to the dealership as fast as possible and the price was very fair imo. Even their service dept. Manager Egon was super friendly and helpful :) They advertised a customer care package which gives a free oil change and inspection and I am about to set that appointment up and will follow up with an update if they honor that(I’m quite sure they will:) but I will definitely have to update if they don’t because I am a str8 shooter and belie

I wanted to wait until I had the car for at least a month before leaving an honest review. My fiancé and I purchased a 2016 Kia Forte on 10/23, with the help of a very amazing sales associate, Corey. He helped make every step of the process as seamless as possible. After test driving the car, I brought a minor concern to Corey and the service manager. They handled it so respectfully and didn’t lie to me about anything. We left very happy that day, and I couldn’t be more grateful for everyone there and for this car. Shout out to Ryan as well for his help during the process! You guys truly are great, and I’ve recommended you to many people!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of speaking with Corey! He went above and beyond to help me get into a vehicle when everyone else gave me a hard time because I have the worst credit. I highly recommend this auto store to anybody in the same situation! I absolutely love my Dodge Journey! And it comes with a 2 year warranty through the loan company!!
