Tommy has worked on my family's vehicles for years. When I was in town visiting last summer, I started to experience an unusual noise coming from my vehicle that I couldn't figure out. With it being a small town with limited shops, on a lark, I dropped by Tommy's shop. After hearing my concerns, we went for a test drive, at which point he believed it to be a wheel bearing; back at the shop, he jacked up my vehicle and checked for play in the wheels and determined it was a wheel bearing. He said he would have to order it and have it delivered, but if he could get it within a couple of hours, he could do the job that afternoon. The guy who owns this place is a class act. Had my car bottom out on a backroad and wrecked my radiator and air conditioning system along with my front bumper almost falling off. I went in for just the minimum repair (the radiator) so i could get back home to Philly. He went above and beyond and fixed all three issues for a super reasonable price. He also had it done in only a matter of hours. He also went out of his way to pick me up and take me to his shop from one town over. His quality of work is awesome. He was nothing but professional. If your in the Great Bend/Hallstead area and need some automotive work please consider giving this man your business. This is a wonderful location. He helped us figure out our engine on a sat when no one else was open. Very honest and kind as well.
