I had an appointment for my truck, but my car died and I called to push out the truck appointment. They told me to bring the car instead. It’s a Saab, which can be tricky, but I brought it in. They had it for a week and didn’t even look at it, when I called to check the progress they told me that it was too complicated for them. They could have told me a week ago so I could make other arrangements. Plus other times I’ve tried to get cars in they are way too busy and have 3 week wait times.

I pulled in to get gas about 5 minutes before they closed. The lights were all on. The OPEN sign was on. I sat and waited. Nobody ever came out despite the fact that one of the employees was moving a truck in the lot when I pulled in. It takes about two minutes to fill the tank of a Genesis. Instead they shut the lights off. They never even came to tell me they were closed. Lousy service is all too common, but being rude to customers is unacceptable. Hey Dumbo, don't irritate return customers. There's more to running a business than getting out early one night. Not the first time I ever pulled in to get gas from Gaybrook, but definitely the last.

Mike and his crew give fantastic service and are super reliable. We've always been treated like family. They take pride in their work and are honest about what must be done, what should be done, and what can wait. That will also give you an honest assessment of various parts on the market and life you can expect for each price point. They don't try to sell to you, rather give you options and advice; letting you choose what's best for your car, situation, and budget. I would recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a great mechanic.
