10/10 They were very professional, kept me in the loop by communicating every step of the process, they also finished my car sooner than I thought, & they made the rental car pick up & drop off option super convenient to use if needed.

The staff and owner were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire repair process. Daniel took the time to explain everything clearly and kept me updated by text with every detail of my car’s repair. I truly appreciated the communication and care.

I recently had repair work completed on the driver’s side of my vehicle through a State Farm insurance claim, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything went smoothly and professionally. G&C staff were all amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable, and their communication throughout the repair process was excellent. I was kept informed every step of the way and never felt left wondering about the status of my vehicle. The repairs were completed in a timely manner, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. My car looks great, and the entire experience was stress-free. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing auto body repairs.

Insurance claim: Michael was prompt with a follow up & lead time response. Front desk at arrival took action very quickly for check-in and to physically evaluate my vehicle. Jerome was also kind enough to coordinate an uber to my rental car destination during repairs, after confirming my insurance had assigned the claim to G&C. Will update before & after imagery of my front bumper and grill/emblem repair.
