G&D Towing & Recovery

We were stuck on the shoulder of Highway 997 near Miami for several hours and couldn't find a tow truck from our Roadside Assistance Group. Hector from G & D Towing came and got us and treated us very well, taking us to two different transmission repair shops in an attempt to get our vehicle looked after. We really appreciated Hector's good humor, great personality and personal service. He was the best!

I am so grateful! I was stranded on busy I-75 with my mom and my 95 year old grandmother. Hernan answered my call on a Saturday evening and came to our rescue. He was polite, sweet, respectful, decent, honest and treated us like family. He was so sweet with my grandmother and he made the scary and frustrating experience fun and memorable. Called several "24" hour towing companies on Easter Sunday and no one was available to assist. When I called G&D he said No Problem. They were picking us up within the hour. Did not even over charge on Easter Sunday and arrived promptly. Friendly and affordable.

Im stuck on the side of the road and gave these guys a call. I spoke to a rep who said he'd dispatch a tow truck to my location. Its been over two hours and i called just to check on things and no one is picking up the phone. If you didnt have a tow truck to send you could of said so or just given me an update. Instead of calling another tow truck company i waited around for nothing. For that reason im giving this place a 1 star.
