I drive a 2017 BMW 540. I originally contacted the mechanics across the street at Dell who referred me to GEA Auto. The initial impression was very professional helpful and kind. My fiancé spoke to them he explained there was a hose that tore and the engine was overheating. He purchased the piece and informed them we had it. We explained we would use AAA to tow the car the 3 miles to their shop. If I could rate them for how they communicated between the tow truck driver and us I would give them five stars but then everything started to get weird and scammy. We were originally quoted $350 since we had the piece needed. After looking at the car they said $500 without getting into all the back and forth they said a new water pump was needed. Fast forward three days later on a job they quoted

We showed up at G.E.A. looking for a car for our teenage son. Unfortunately, after sharing what we were looking for, Gus, the owner, said he didn't have anything like that at the moment. After talking with him a bit more, he referred us to another dealership in town he does mechanical work for. It was there that we found the perfect car for my son. I can't thank Gus enough for his caring professionalism and willingness to help. On top of all that, he's just a great guy to talk to. I wouldn't think twice about buying a car from him or going to him for mechanic work.

My car stopped working on the way to Miami. The tow truck driver told me about this shop. They were wonderful! The shop is clean, the mechanics were knowledgeable and courteous, and Patricia was a godsend! I highly recommend taking your car to them!

In December 2025 just a week before Christmas, Gus and his team fixed my wife’s VW with Sensor issues. Was supposed to be a quick fix turned into a challenge to get sensors working together correctly. Gus was relentless on fixing the problem and then going to get the part himself so I could get fixed and out the door for my trip south for Christmas. Gus and his team are very customer service oriented and care about their customers. Thank you Gus and your team for being a tip top service garage that is honest and gets the job done.
