I recently had my car worked on here, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I got in quickly and Josh, the mechanic, took the time to really listen to what was going on with my car and never made me feel dumb for how I explained it. He did a very thorough check to make sure my car was safe before giving it back, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Destiny checked me out at the front desk and was just as kind and professional, she made the whole process smooth and easy. I left feeling taken care of and confident in the work that was done. I highly recommend this shop if you want honest, thorough, and friendly service!

I went out in the morning to take my son to school on my day off, and my car would not start. I read the reviews and called the shop right at 8 am! Josh answered the phone! He said that he was busy but to have it towed in and he would have someone take a look! He called me back and told me it was the battery and he would have it ready same day! Great customer service!! Super quick service! Very grateful!

Honest Mechanics Are Hard To Find Very Impressed with Josh’s attention to details and professional attitude. Stayed in communication with us as the job progressed. Replaced our brake lines on a 2004 Chevy Silverado. Also needed new calipers as expected. Gave me some advise on doing the hub assemblies ourselves (to save some money) which took care of the ABS issues. The truck goes down the road like a champion. Thanks Josh

Josh & Destiny were amazing! They worked hard to get me the best deals on all four tires, right before Thanksgiving! They ran amazing deals for small business week & got me in at my convenience! I left Illinois midday and needed to drive to Erie PA but around 6 pm in traffic on I-90 I noticed that I had a tire down 10 psi. A leaky tire and my trip appeared to be in jeopardy at that hour. Google said Gear Heads Garage was in Wauseon (the next exit) and open til 8 pm so I prayed that was true. Then I got there and Joshua was wonderful. He had a positive can-do attitude and squeezed me in to his evening. He found a screw in my tire, removed it, put in a plug and patch and I’m still driving on it a week later! Thank you Josh!
