Big Boy Automotive Repair was so good to us! We came from out of town to camp and broke down while we were there. These folks got us in immediately and went over and beyond for us. They even let us sleep in our camper in the parking lot while we were waiting overnight. They did an exceptional job!

I had to give them one star to be able to warn you guys. The only put a quart of oil in my son’s Honda Civic when he got his oil changed. This is after they left a cap off of the transmission that we had them put in. Needless to say we paid double for their mistake. After the motor blew ALL we got were excuses as to why none of it was their fault. It’s a much longer story. I would love to explain it but I’m tired of typing. Please save yourself the headache and stress of it all and call The Muffler Shop. We have never had a bad experience there. Zero stars for these guys because they did ZERO to try to make it right.

Went there for an oil change , the mechanic dropped the bay door on my car ,damaging the back windshield and scratches . They ordered parts then canceled them. Took them to court for damages to my car. Won the case. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

They tried to unscrew my spark plugs left my engine light on. I just Went in for a tire allighment. My car was messed up on the right side they fixed that after almost a week of ordering the wrong parts the price kept going up.
