GEARHEAD AUTO REPAIR

I am very unhappy. I brought my BMW to Gearhead for a simple oil change. I scheduled an appointment for 10am. When I arrived, I was told they would have me in and out. I walked up the street to Walmart, got nails done, and grabbed a smoothie at Smoothing King. It had been 2 hours by the time I headed back. When I arrived, my hood was still open and the two men were working on another car. They asked me to wait in lobby. I waited another 30 minutes and my hood was still up. Finally I advised them that I really needed to go. They disconnected a few things and closed hood. Came into lobby to tell me that the previous shop had stripped oil pan thread and that's why they took so long. Strangely enough I have been going to same place on several occasions and did not have any issues prior. It was
