Travis prioritizes customer service! I'm coming from out of state to buy a used vehicle, and need a pre-purchase inspection. He clearly explained everything that they usually do in that, gave me a fair upfront price, and he is squeezing me in to his schedule based on when I'm able to make the trip. If he's doing this for someone who is clearly not a regular or repeat customer, he must do an outstanding job for those in the area. I wish there were a garage like Gearhead near me!

I originally went here because they are really good helping my friend with her vehicle and she couldnt speak highly enough about them. I thought it was a nice local garage. Spoke with the owner in December and got a quote for Racho shocks and set a date for January. On January 7th, I was told the work was done and i paid for Rancho Shocks for my truck installation and alignment. The work at most should have been 2 hrs but I was charged 4 hrs of labor. Dropped it off at 9 and it was done by 1120 to include alignment i was told. I paid cash and they at least took off the taxes so paid 1500 cash 700 plus for the shocks and 4 hrs of labor and an alligment. I ordered and paid for them pizza for lunch. Had my 2022 Expedition Max Upgraded. New intake, bigger intercooler, performance thermostat, metal BOV, new hot and cold pipes, colder spark plugs and Sway Bar. They did a great job!

the place is great, i had my tires installed here and they did a great job, super friendly service. will definitely recommend them to everyone i know
