GEM Car Wash

Just got a new car and wanted to get it clean because of all the snow we have gotten. First time going to this car wash. First, they didn’t guide me the best onto the track, my tire kind of bounced in (Annoying, but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt, that can just be common sense/user error on my part, fine.) However, after the car wash, there are so. Many. Scratches. Yes they’re small but I’ve had this car for not even a month and it’s scratched to hell. On top of the fact that the back looks awful.

Gem Car Wash is hands down one of the best car wash experiences in the area, and it’s become my go-to spot without question. The monthly pricing alone makes this place worth it. The plans are very reasonably priced, and if you wash your car even a couple of times a month, it pays for itself. There’s no hassle, no pressure, and the value you get for the cost is excellent compared to other car washes nearby. The automated service is smooth, fast, and efficient. The vehicle pass recognition system works flawlessly, so you don’t have to fumble with cards, codes, or apps. You just pull up, and you’re recognized, press one button and waved right through. Probably my favorite car washes in the area. There are two GEM locations. One in Bensenville and one in Elmhurst. Both are equally as great. I have the unlimited package so I’ll go to one of them every single day to get my car washed. They do such a good job that my car attracts complements from strangers every day. I’ve been going here for years. I believe it is family owned and operated and the staff truly go above and beyond and go the extra mile to help their customers. You can tell they care about their customers and their cars as if they were their own. In the winter when cars are dirtier than ever, they come out looking nice and sparkly. It went up $2 recently... but 5$ ain't so bad. It cleans very well Love coming to this place since the day they opened. Very handy carwash in the town. The vacuum suction is amazing too bad you don't have tips to get in between space or the black hole ( between the seat and center console). The air is great to get access water off from the door handles, mirrors or just in general. The mat holder is nice and handy. I would have added air tip for your tires and a pressure washer for your mats. But I understand kinda why they didn't
