Gcat is top shelf!! After a bad experience with the local dealership I bought my car from the staff saved the day. Everyone was so kind and professional they repaired My car. Towed it repaired it even came and gave me a ride to pick it up. A big thank you to everyone!!!

They have the audacity to get upset because I wouldn’t let them screw over my insurance because lying about weight and how you towed the vehicle is fraud… definitely will be seeing you in court! I ware body cam for a reason, I take pictures for a reason… the extra damage to the vehicle noted. Have a great day!

The team went above and beyong to assistn with a transload from our broken down trailer to a new recovery trailer. The job was not easy and they made it work. I truly apprecoate the effort that was made here. Sent them Pizza for their efforts!

I have to say that their professionalism and their customer service is top-notch! I was very devastated when my car would not start and I was left a foot and yet they were professional and got right on it. They came and picked up my car and kept me in the loop on how much it was gonna cost, which is way more expensive than I wanted, but yet cheaper than any other place. My car is running great and I definitely recommend them. Thank you so much for taking care of me, in my car. They truly act like they care. Thank you, thank you thank you

While we were out in the hills on Christmas day, we had our vehicle slide off the road and gave them a call. Not only did they say they would help, they talked to me to get exact location and estimate to arrive. They arrived on time, and quickly resolved our issue to get us out and running again all while being super courteous and open about the pricing. We would hope to never need to use them again but would if we were in trouble again, and would recommend for off-road recovery.
