For over 13 years, we’ve been buying cars from Gems Auto Sale. We’ve bought three so far and will keep coming back for their great service. We’re very grateful for all their help with the paperwork.

Only takes cash. We test drove their lowest price vehicle. Most things seemed good until end of test drive. Van smelled like burning rubber when we turned it off. English is the owners second language so a little hard to communicate. Will do some research on Van to see if it is worth it.

Bad experience, prices are to high for the miles the vehicles have and the year they are. They are way over the book value. Test drove a vehicle and needed some work done to it and when Gemas husband was told he became upset he said that "they are used vehicles was do you expect?".then i asked to drop the price he said no and laughed. Gema has good customer service but for the husband not at all rude and doesnt speak english made Gema look really bad. There is a couple of loan companies in town that have said that they have trouble with them and won't loan money for their vehicles any more. Beware

GARBAGE. I mean GARBAGE dealership. The guy who was there when I arrived (Luis) seemed mentally unstable. Very questionable workshop that they prepare the vehicles in. Went for a test drive. Truck seemed mostly ok. Was never given the key, the salesman/mechanic rode with me so I assumed he had it in his pocket. Upon arriving back, they said they couldn’t find it and accused me of stealing it. I told them I didn’t have it several times, even emptied my pockets to show them the contents. After 20 ish minutes, I told them I couldn’t stick around all day waiting for them to look, and again that I didn’t have it. The mechanic started demanding “GIVE ME THE KEY” to which I again replied “I DON’T HAVE IT!”. The owner lady then told me I was not allowed to leave. After I begin calling the cop

Showed up with the $7,900 in CASH to purchase the Chrysler Aspen on display and nobody was in nor did they answer the calls or texts. Left no sign to notify they were closed and online hours showed they were open. When I'd call they'd answer and hang up. Then forwarded calls after since I thought it was a communication error.
