Yes, I really appreciate this company..I called and they said bring my car in..I had a flapping noise..They fixed it within an hour or less...Wonderful service..

While visiting Pittsburgh i had a flat tire. Contacted Gene Finks. They were very busy but worked me into the schedule. Fixed the tire in 1 hour and i was on my way further East. Great service. Very professional. Highly recommend.

Seriously one of THE BEST customer service experiences we have ever had. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We are from Michigan and blew a tire, they had us in and out withing 30 minutes. I cannot recommend this local business enough. If you live in the area you should be using them for the services they offer. Thank you for the wonderful service and experience!

I tried Gene Finks to get new tires based on their positive online reviews, and I was not disappointed. The mechanic was extremely helpful and informative and I never felt pressured or rushed to buy anything. Not only was their service fast, but when I came to pick up my car they had fixed a problem with my door (which I didn't even ask them to take care!), re-set my maintenance light which I had mentioned, and on top of that they washed my car! I was only ever charged for the tires, which were a very decent price. I will definitely be returning, and I recommend Gene Finks for anyone looking for excellent and honest customer service.

I arrived on a Friday approximately an hour and a half before closing with a wheel in hand that I had just purchased from another local business. As I got out of my vehicle, an employee was already approaching, politely greeted me, and was eager to help. He even carried the wheel to the garage for me. I told him I was hoping to purchase a used tire and have it mounted. Within minutes, I was on my way home. I highly recommend this business and truly appreciate and value their commitment to quality customer service.
