Not sure how a 7K car went up to 11k after fees. 4K in fees?! Yeah okay. Guy asked me to come in to see the vehicle, thank God I didn’t, what a waste of time. ALWAYS be honest with customers.

My experience with General Auto Group has been extremely disappointing. They sold me a car with serious issues over priced already and added a warranty for $3200 that I later discovered costs under $1,200 for 2 years from third‑party companies and it never worked, all claims declined .dealer fees and They also charged me $1200 for GAP insurance that should cost under $400 from the bank they try maximize every number they can to make more money They increased my interest rate and claimed is from the bank, which I later learned wasn’t true dealers can adjust the rate . What should have been a $10,000 car has turned into $ 25500 in payments. I genuinely feel scammed .car has at least3 accidents and they said it clean !!! Don't trust those smiley faces because u will regret later for sure
