This review is not about the local agency but the company in whole. Good luck calling and getting someone who speaks English to begin with. They are rude and have NO customer service training whatsoever. All they know is to refer you the the app and act like they don't understand when you ask for a supervisor. Only here cause of need, working on dumping The General!

They are not a good insurance. I had an.... Wait for it.....an ACCIDENT 🤯 and it was very soon after i switched to them. They treated me very harsh, asked invasive questions. About my son's birthday party and criminal history. Never have i EVER!!!! THEY WAITED A WHOLE MONTH AND A HALF TO CALL ME AND TELL ME THE CLAIM WAS APPROVED. make it make sense. I paid out of pocket for my repairs and rental and tow. They haven't paid anything but they sure are trying to contact me for that payment which why??!!!! Would i continue the policy with them at this point? Don't get this insurance

Impossible to speak to someone. They transfer you only to your adjuster who refuses to answer or call back. Incapable of anything.

Very poor customer service with attitude by agent named Maritza. Company lost pictures that were to be sent to the bank ( late fee ) then stated they couldn't find the pictures. Agent didn't know how to contact wells fargo to send declaration. Run fast! State farm is way better
