Thank you Ramon and General Auto. Jeep was trying to convince me to spend thousand of dollars on repairs when the car was running just fine and there were no warning lights activated. I was referred to Ramon and brought the Jeep in for a second opinion. Ramon confirmed that the Jeep was running just fine and no service was needed. So grateful for his honesty and integrity. Our family now has a trusted service center to turn to and I will not hesitate to refer my friends and family to this business.

I had previously brought three of my own vehicles to General Auto and Tire for routine maintenance and had positive experiences, which is why I recommended my father bring his 2005 Camry for a brake flush due to a soft pedal. They recommended new rotors and pads, claiming 'metal on metal.' However, upon inspection after removing the old parts to replace with the newly purchased parts, we found the brake pads still had just less than half their life left, and while the brakes & rotors were worn, they weren't in the dire condition described. To add insult to injury, their customer service was poor, and they even hung up on me. I had a really great experience at this facility. The owner Frank and his staff gives impeccable customer service and are really detailed oriented. Each technician takes care and pride in their work. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean safe environment.

Very quick turnaround: brought the Chevy traverse in with a broken water pump Saturday just before closing and I picked it up Monday around noon. Thank you for the excellent turnaround time.

I wouldn’t trust anyone in that shop. They only want your money! Brought in my car for something as simple as a tire rotation. They touched my car and caused more problems. They overcharge for their services. You can’t ask them a question without getting a “smart” response back as like why would I ask if I knew the answer. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR CAR. DOWN A LOT OF MONEY FOR THEM TO TRY TO CHARGE ME MORE!!!!
