We had a wonderful experience purchasing our travel trailer here! We worked with Jim, who told us right away he had only been here for three weeks and was still learning the ropes, he was a great salesman, very knowledgeable, not pushy and very quick. We would’ve never known! He listened to exactly what we wanted and didn’t waist our time showing things we weren't interested in like other dealerships! Robert, the sales manger was also great to work with. Mike did great helping us close the deal and Tyson was wonderful doing the delivery! We are very happy with our whole experience and highly recommend these guys!! Now time to enjoy our new camper!

I came into General RV with a broken water heater , my service advisor is Lucas Silva he assisted me in getting a brand new water heater although the shipper messed the order up at least five times Lucas still maintained his cool and maneuvered a six time to purchase a good water heater. I was thoroughly satisfied with Lucas‘s performance and Lucas‘s boss Joseph went above and beyond and washed my unit inside and now, I will return again and again to General RV they did a perfect job and I am very satisfied.

I arrived at General RV @ Fort Pierce and met Silvia García was amazing to work with. From the start, she immediately understood what I was looking for based on just a brief description and found the perfect RV for me. What truly impressed me was how efficient and fast she was with everything — paperwork, logistics, and even a few small things that needed attention. She handled it all incredibly quickly and smoothly. On top of that, Silvia was always positive, friendly, and in a great mood, which made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I then was greeted by Trisha Truehart who guided me on a tour of many 5th wheel RVs that I had interest in. She is fantastic sales rep and is Very knowledgeable in her job. With her help I decided to purchase the Forest River impression 360mbl. Too Hartley business manager and I completed the necessary paperwork and I found her to be very professional, helpful and cheerful through the entire process . My appointment was scheduled for December 26 where I was introduced to Janet Wallace, who guided me through the walk-through and the details on the Vehicle. We cannot say enough good things about General RV. From start to finish we had a fantastic experience, by far one of the best experiences we have ever had with a dealership. We live 4 1/2 hours away from the facility so negotiating a deal ahead of time was a priority for us. We were able to do so in a matter of a couple of days and the communication during the entire process was great. When we arrived on location, everyone was so kind and welcoming not to mention, we traveled with a toddler and they were very accommodating. All of the staff, even the ones we did not work with, were so willing to give our child fist bumps and help keep him entertained. Janet gave us our walk-through and boy was she amazing!
