So my wife and I ended up not purchasing at this time as the payment was a little high for us. We chose General RV as our friends Lee and Jeanne Brooks bragged on them. My wife and I are in our late 60's. Resently replaced a pup that passed away and had to leave the new Maltipoo 12 days while on a Panama Cruise. We thought getting into the RV life we left 20 years ago would give us some quality time while 4th quarter living. After doing our finances we decided that August 2027 we would be in a much better position to afford to travel. Thank you Chris for your time and understanding. I would confidently recommend General RV based on the professionalism and integrity shown by their team throughout our purchase. Our salesperson, Drew, took the time to really understand what we were looking for and kept our priorities front and center. Even though I came in prepared to make a purchase that day, he encouraged us to pause and think things through to be sure the unit we chose was truly the right fit for how we plan to travel. Recently purchased a 2017 Thor hurricane (10/30/25) sales team was amazing and very helpful. Tom, deAndrea, and James were absolutely amazing but on other hand with the service department was total crap!!! Waited 5 days before pick up so my coach could be re-inspected/serviced. I was told the chassis needed to be serviced by ford understandably but the rest of the rv was up to par and after 100hrs of generator use it would need to be serviced again, well turns out the fuel filter, oil/ oil filter/ air filter were never changed (oil was absolutely black and extremely low that could caused major expensive damage upwards of 10k dollars with picture proof). Day 1 found water on floor from pump screws being loose prior to water hook up almost causing major damage. Day 3 it got cold and went to
