We purchased our Apex Nano Off Grid from General RV 3 1/2 years ago. Today we are repeat customers upgrading to a 5th wheel from General RV. We can not say enough about how wonderful our experience has been. Tucker Raisch and Johnathan were outstanding! We felt like we got a great deal for our trade-in and are always treated like a VIP. I love the Keep You Camping Policy. General RV has many locations that make it easy to find service when we are traveling. Ashley in the finance department was wonderful in working out a better interest rate with the bank for us. Josue did a great job with our walk through. We are very happy with our new Alliance Avenue 5th wheel and we would highly recommend using General RV for next RV purchase.

Our purchase began on a recent Saturday morning. We got on I-95 in PBG and headed north to the Fort Pierce General RV location when my husband remembered the one in WPB so we turned around at Hood Road. Don't be fooled, you must pull all the way through to see that there is a lot more than meets the eye from the Military Trail view. Check in at the desk and you will feel a warm welcome! Our Customer Experience is the only one I can attest to, but there is evidence that excellence is the norm at General RV WPB! We were assigned to Van as our salesperson and his approach was exactly what we needed, he got our information, but more than that he listened to how we ended up at General RV WPB to "look" after much deliberation. I knew Van had listened to us because he showed us 6-7 different unit
