This is our third motorhome purchase from Independence RV now General RV. Malcolm spoke our language and provided some needed guidance, Chuck was great on the business side. Tammy did a great job with our walk through such fun! Joe, the Spartan specialist was very knowledgeable, and Tom the service advisor saved the day from my user error! We now have a beautiful Dutch Star!

Delivered my 2020 Newmar Dutch Star on January 27th. Many calls to the service writers, from then to today 2/16/26 the coach had not been looked at. Sat in their yard for 21 days, I went to pick it up today, batteries were dead, had to jump start the coach. They lie, and complain about their lack of Techs, I wonder why. I will never do business with this company! I've had 4 class A coaches. Had my service done here when it was Independence RV the service then was perfect, honest and reliable. It WAS the best place in Florida to get service work completed. Maybe Newmar will find out and end them as a dealer. So frustrating!!! Excellent service far superior to any shop I have been to. Warren the service writer, the service manager, and techs was great to work with. Kept me informed on what was going on and showed me how things worked once repaired. I fully intend on them to be my to go to shop! One other thing the cost was well below what I expected by far. TOTALLY HAPPY WITH THEM!!! Roger
