We have been bringing our vehicles to Gene’s for well over 20 years. We trust them completely. It’s always easy to make an appointment in a timely manner. They are great with communication and do quality work.

They are always accommodating. I drop my car off in the morning and pick it up after work. Very friendly staff and willing to answer questions. I would definitely recommend Gene’s to anyone!

Don is so friendly and we had a nice chat about our mutual state of origin (Vermont). The waiting area is very clean and new and pleasant. The car is fine- I just had an oil change and my snow tires put on. Definitely making Gene’s my go-to place for car repairs

I chose to go to a local auto repair shop rather than one of the big service centers since our vehicle was out of warranty and I suspected it to be a battery issue. I just chose genes auto And truck with a search and I think I got really lucky. They suggested a towing company that was very good as well as excellent communication while my vehicle was with them the cost seems reasonable and Actually, having a person answer the phone when I called was worth 10 stars! I’ll definitely be using them again (But hopefully Not because my car won’t start).

Excellent service, worked with our schedule to facilitate repairs, and identified cost savings along the way. Repairs went smooth and the follow up was appreciated. Can't ask for more from a mechanic.
