Went in for my 2011 Mazda 3. Diagnostic was super fast came back with the exact problem. I thought it was my cb axles, they confirmed with pictures and went above and beyond. Fantastic customer service and will definitely use them in the future. Thank you.

My battery went dead with the recent cold weather morning and I had an important medical appointment that afternoon. After AAA came and encouraged to get a new battery, I called Gene’s and even though I’d never been there before, even though their men were at lunch, even though I was calling at noon and needed the car by 3:00pm, they went out of their way to get that new battery installed for me in time for my appointment. Additionally, they couldn’t have been friendlier or more hospitable than they were. They were so nice - I know where I’m taking my car from now on for service - and you should too!

I would give Gene's 10 stars if I could. They were the only business in town that had tires for my size rims. I must have called 10 places & Gene's was the ONLY place that said they could help us out today. They got us in & out, the price was great! The service team was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable & fast. I highly recommend Gene's for all your mechanical & tire needs, these guys are honest & professional.
