Genesis Auto Glass LLC

Oscar and his team have the best prices. Honest as well. They were communicative about their ETA & we done in under 30 minutes. I’ve used them 3 times and each time the price was better than 5-6 shops I called & their speed is unmatched. Very professional, would recommend & use again in the future.

Thank you Oscar for accommodating us so quickly! From our initial phone call, he put me at ease, with his excellent customer service. I am very grateful for seeing us the same day (where other companies offered us appts for 2-3 days later), Genesis Auto Glass made sure we got our windshield replaced at ease. Highly recommend this shop!!! I cannot say thank you enough!!!

Excellent customer service from everyone I encountered. Oscar emailed a quote and scheduled me right away. Fernando was friendly, straight forward (no unnecessary upselling because they honor the estimate provided), and proactively informed me about a cracked piece of plastic that he repaired. Their waiting area is clean and comfortable, offering water or coffee. They don't triple-book where you're waiting for 1 technician to complete 3 cars at the same time. Took only about an hour to get my windshield replaced. When it was done, payment was easy, and the car was waiting for me. It cost 60% less than what I was quoted by a Safelite. I'm glad I did a Google search and found Genesis. Saved money, supported a local business, and experienced WAY better service.

I’m extremely grateful for the love and hospitality Oliver and his team showed me. They gave me the best price in town for my 2007 Honda CR‑V, and I couldn’t be happier. They went above and beyond to fix the mistakes made by the previous windshield installer, and the level of respect and care they showed is something a lot of businesses lack nowadays. You won’t be disappointed coming here.

This is my second time getting a window fixed with this company. Very responsive (same day service both times - first front door, and second at the shop), effective, efficient and overall 10/10 customer service.
