They were so helpful and fast. I was in and out in under 30 mins with a new policy at a better rate, and policy cards for each car! Under 30 minutes! No hassle or tricky or pressured sales tactics to sell other policies or add-ons. Just made me aware that they also sell other policies such as home, general liability and more if and when I'm interest. Thanks Genesis!

Good insurance company but we always have to make sure everything with our policy is correct. There are times where we get notices. We call Genesis and they say everything is all god. There is always a problem with our policy that they have to go in and fix. I would rather they get it correct the first time. I have been with this company for a while and it’s always some like this that happens with our policy. Yes, they do fix it. Yes they have good prices but at the end of the day a great job done the first time makes the experience better.

Great and proficient handled everything correctly and got me the best quote needed. Priscilla is definitely one of the best that I’ve worked with. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
