We stayed stranded on the New Jersey turnpike and Genesis Towing came within an hr. They are lovely people. They treated us like family. They helped us with our truck and trailer. They gave us very reasonable prices. They are GREAT!!! 👍👍 they actually deserve 10 ⭐️ I would definitely recommend them. Gracias por todo Venicio and Madeline ☺️

I called them and scheduled a pickup and tow right away. They showed within the hour. The whole process was smooth and did it all fora decent price.

Marlon called me at 2:45 pm telling me he picked up my vehicle for drop within an hour…Took his lunch break during his route and didn’t drop my vehicle off until 5:15pm…Arrived over 2 hours late and got upset with me because I didn’t want to pay him an extra 40 dollars…Very unprofessional and inconsiderate…I don’t recommend anyone to uae his services because you don’t try to manipulate the customers for more money when your late…

Marlon was exceptional, came very fast and at a great price couldn’t ask for more will definitely use again
