***EDIT***Now 7 months later. A sensor was left off my car. Now it’s constantly overheating, the thermostat is broken, the compass goes crazy, all kinds of issues. I’m really sad. The radiator which leaked initially a little, is now leaking like crazy. It looks like they tacked up the original skid pan rather than replace it, which lead to it falling down/then completely off. Overall shoddy work I guess. I expected better. ***************************************** We got off on a bit of a rocky start because I didn’t realize there was a month wait before my car could be taken care of. Once we got past that, then things went well. Great work. Really nice people. No other complaints.

The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us some great information about my car and how insurance and parts for the repair was, going to happen in time. He is very busy which I could see, when we arrived at Genesis. My car is still able to be driven so I can wait. I am very pleased with Genesis so far but we will have to see how my insurance is going to behave.

We were driving through Oklahoma when our camper got a flat tire. We usually have the jack with us but since we just bought new tires a few months ago we didn’t expect to need it! We hobbled to Genesis and they let my husband use their jack. They were beyond nice and helpful. And although we didn’t actually use their service we wanted to make sure everyone knew they were great people.

I brought a 2017 F-350 with extensive passenger door damage. Tim and his crew took care of it and it looks great! Thanks guys!

Great service, excellent work, very professional! If I ever need any work done again, I'm gonna go see him.
