Genesis Collision Center

Well after a lady ran a red light with no insurance hit my Blazer, I learned triple A insurance works with this collision shop which was a plus for me I've had business with 3 of the Genesis business's their Dealership, service center and last the collision shop! And I can honestly say that its been good! I praise the collision shop on the phenomenal job! On my vehicle. I thank the person whom did the work, you're awesome I'm forever a Genesis lady! I'd recommend them to anyone. You're like family when you come for service and priced right!! I'll post photo's of before & after when permitted. I had awesome service from Mary and the Genesis team and felt like my car was in good hands. Mary kept me abreast of updates on my vehicle the entire time. My expectations were exceeded when I picked up my car. I didn't even recognize it. The body work was immaculate and they even detailed the inside. I always receive excellent service at Genesis. I never take my car anywhere else!

Would never bring your vehicle here from personal experience they are careless with repairs I brought my vehicle there after my insurance company referred them to me and it was the worst experience I have ever had at a collision shop I spent a lot of money to get my vehicle fixed to where it was before I brought it there They cracked my windshield while it was in their possession tried to fight it and say they didn’t but I had the pictures to prove it also the technicians that work there are obviously not trained what so ever considering I’m still having indication lights showing up on my dashboard over the headlight they replaced and I brought it back once already for them to address the issue but obviously never solved the light was never there before bringing the car to them I would sa

What ever your paying Joe is not enough give this man a raise. Got my big brand new Chevy 6500 dump truck/chipper truck which is hard to find parts for back to me ahead of schedule I am extremely grateful. This truck is my livelihood. All seems to be fixed just as good as before. Hopfully I don’t have many more Collision repair needs but if I do I’ll be using Joe and this shop.

I want to give a huge shout out to Genesis Collision center for making my Jeep Grand Cherokee look brand new after an incident with my teenage son and a cinder block. My vehicle might look better than it did when I first bought it. The manger Joe kept in constant contact with me giving me updates every step of the way which I really appreciated. The office staff was also super courteous and helpful. Highly recommend!
