Genesis of Commerce

I just Bought my wife the White Gv70 Genesis on 10/23/25 and that day was a 8 hour experience. Tera was outstanding and very patient with me. She knew I wanted my wife to have this vehicle no matter the cost. Then as my wife got lost a few times getting here it turned out nice. She loves it. They were very patient and my wife met a new friend with Tera.

Was having some trouble with my car so I brought it in for repair. Matthew was friendly and attentive to getting my needs met while my car was serviced. Jen was great as with my drop off and pick up to the dealership. I appreciate this location going above and beyond and I will be back (hopefully not soon). Edit** Also please be aware the bad reviews are from the Hyundai dealership. This is a new Standalone Genesis location with Genesis mechanics!

Visited Genesis of Commerce today and purchased a 2026 Genesis G70 from John. The process was super easy and painless. John is a really nice guy and is very patient. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Ben the Sales Manager. Ben was also extremely helpful, and courteous. I believe this is the very first stand alone Genesis dealership and the facility is absolutely beautiful!

Second time leasing from Genesis, first time working with this dealership. The customer service experience was outstanding. Team was transparent, professional, and efficient. Leased my first Genesis through a different dealership. I was basically handed the keys, sent out the door, and left with trying to figure out all the tech to this brand new car during a pretty nerve-wracking 1.5 hour drive home. Not here. Lance took the time to walk me through all of the updated features, answer my questions, and even point out things I didn’t realize my previous Genesis could do. I walked away feeling confident and actually excited for the long drive home! 5 stars from start to finish.
