Great car buying experience. Kyle H worked with me to get the perfect gv80 in my driveway. Busy place on a Saturday but they are pretty early staffed. Mike was helpful as well and helped me get oriented with my car. Looking forward to years of Ownership and service at Besns Genesis.

Helped a friend purchase a pre owned Audi Q5 from Fred Beans Genesis. This was a trade in vehicle with only 4k miles. The entire staff was professional and knowledgeable. From the the sales rep Anthony, the manager Louis and finally the finance person Jessica. They were all a pleasure to deal with and made my friend and I so comfortable throughout the buying process. No pressure. A fair price and total professionalism. We live over an hour from that dealership but would drive back in a heartbeat when ready to purchase again. Thank you everyone at Fred Beans

Unbelievable experience. Kyle Hill was not available, (but had my color choice right up front for viewing and test driving...thanks Kyle) but Rob Bass was so good. Personable, Knowledgeable, and a fellow vet!! Andrew was also such a help...stepped in when he didn't have to, but so appreciated. Saved me money by having a better vet rate than my pre-approved NFCU loan. Jess was so good, too. Jess came out to introduce herself and chat a bit, even though she wasn't ready for the signings yet. Nice touch. Again, I would highly recommend this dealership.

Great experience with Robert Bass as our salesman. The GV70 is very nice, and Robert was as knowledgeable as they come. Took his time and went over all the features on the vehicle.

Vehicle availability, no pressure sales team, perfect. We found a CPO and the price was right where we wanted it. The vehicle had terrible scratches…manager gave us an IOU when we bought the car. They would have their high end vehicle paint detailer fix it all. Also they scratched the roof of the car cleaning off the snow on the day we picked it up. No problem, they will fix it. They had my vehicle for a week and promised it was perfect. Brought it home ant night after work so didn’t get the best look at it. The detailer took off the GENESIS lettering on the trunk, bent a letter and replaced it all…not appropriately spaced and some are crooked. There are even drip marks by some letters. So ultimately this is not a detailer I’d recommend at all nor that they thought this was accep
