Cheryl Romo went above and beyond to address all the repairs on my Genesis G70. All the service staff and as very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcomed. Cheryl listened to our concerns and arranged our rental while our car was being worked on. After the repairs were done to our car, she reached out a few days later just to check up on things and to make sure everything was handled as stated. Zimbrick you absolutely rock and round of applause to the service and also their sales department for the great deal we got! We definitely be back for another purchase in the future!

Have a GV70 and am an older person with a car with a lot of tech. Erik greeted me and helped me with some tech issues. I had a couple questions he could not answer so he introduced me to John who is the Genesis wizard. Caleb, the sales manager was very helpful in coordinating the events.
