Finally got the SUV I’ve wanted GV70 Prestige. It’s stunning and great car. Feels luxurious and affordable at the same time. I’ve had it only for a few days and is enjoying the smooth ride. I’m still learning all the features and loving it. Eddie was fantastic along with his Sales Managers are the best! I would highly recommend Eddie and the team at Genisis of Smithtown. Christian was my sales guy. He was incredible and it really just felt like I was buying a car off a good friend. The staff here are nothing short of spectacular. I interacted with the GM the manager and the owner and everyone made me feel like family here. Ive worked at dealerships before and have bought a lot of cars but not a single place has come close to the people here. I came from philly and was on the road before the even opened. Made a call at 9am and told them i was coming. The car was clean and ready to be driven by the time I got there. Now this last part. During delivery the car I was currently purchasing had been damaged and I owned it since the paperwork was done. The GM told me about this damage and gave me options. I just completed the purchase of my 2026 GV70 SUV. Reputationally, auto buying experiences are not on the Top 10 fun list. However, my experience at Genesis of Smithtown was outstanding. From my first phone call to the dealership through the sales and finance process, the entire experience went very smoothly. Anthony was knowledgeable about the various model choices and features of each. He was relaxed and comforting in our discussion and, at the end, everything that was promised was delivered on.
