Eric provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive throughout the entire process. He took the time to clearly explain everything, kept me updated, and made sure the work was handled efficiently and correctly. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction, but Eric went above and beyond. I highly recommend asking for him if you want honest communication and top-tier service. Although quite expensive for our truck repair, Shannon and her team in Plainville were informative and thorough with their explanations for costs. Their honesty and services were greatly appreciated. We appreciated them going above and beyond to ensure our safety. They tried to help with costs where they were able to. Every little bit of savings helped and although most of the costs were dealership fees/guidelines they had to adhere to, they did their best to accommodate us where and how they could. We are grateful for them and getting the job done.
