So thankful to have found this body shop! I had a terrible experience with another local shop. Genos really helped me out and was very welcoming! They followed up promptly and had my car back to me on the date as promised! Definitely recommend this body shop for your care repair needs!

brought a car in to be repaired through the other party's geico insurance. I drove my fully functioning vehicle to their brentwood location to be dropped off and picked up the rental car at the same time. my car had a large scrape/swiped on quarter panel and bumper only, nothing that affects drivability or function. a week later I get a call stating the vehicle won't start and needed to be towed to a dealer for repairs because the body shop can't fix it here. guy on phone said the repairs can be covered by the insurance as possible damage may have occured during impact and affected the electronics, but in hindsight that was a tactic to calm things down because I was furious on the phone. none of that was true when it came time to pick up the car and they stuck me with the full dealership b

Brought my damaged car to Genoa Auto body shop. Jailen, Celena, and Tom have been soooo amazing!!! Communicating with me and just simply making this process so much better. Dealing with insurance companies is a drag and super annoying!! But these guys and ladies have made it soooo much easier!! Come here for your auto body repairs so friendly nice and keep you on the loop. They send notifications too so it keeps you in the loop!! Thank you Genos Auto body!! Will be coming back!
