Gentle Touch Car Wash

I have gone to plenty of car washes and never had a problem , but this was my first and last time coming here. Upon leaving I still had a dirty car and on top of it the machine broke my upper tail light. I was in my trunk before going through and there was nothing wrong with it. I spoke with the man running payments today and he just smirked at me saying that’s why we have a sign that we are not responsible for this list of damages. I explained this is not any of the damages listed, but he insisted that the car wash doesn’t damage a car. I asked him then why is there a sign and he replied in case it happens then it is not our fault. Bad business. Before I went into the car wash he was examining someone’s car that appeared to go through and it damaged the rims. After I asked him about it he

This place is horrible. Just went there yesterday and my car still had dirt spots afterwards everywhere. What’s worse is that my car is all scratched up. Some spots are deep enough that it can be felt with my fingernails.

Solid wash and service. They were generally polite. It wasn't busy when I went so I can't speak to what happens when they're under pressure. I didn't give give stars because there was nothing spectacular and their energy wasn't very high so I didn't leave thinking "this is my spot from now on". Solid for the price though. My car looked good that day.

Nothing spectacular. Been going here for a few years. Gets most of the dirt off your vehicle so you appear shiny and new. I do like the free vacuuming.

You STILL have to wash your car right after they do it. It’s a total waste of time! They just wipe it enough to make sure they get a couple dollars. The man putting on the cleaning solution and spraying it down ALWAYS DO A HALF JOB! 🙄🙄🙄🙄🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️! Just do it at home or one of those pull up services on the side of the road to make sure it’s done right! Smh!
