Ok...I'll break this down in two parts: Customer Service and Quality of Work. CS - before I even had work done there, I called twice to ask a few questions. The calls were about a month or two apart. Both times I spoke to the owner, Hector. Let me tell you, this dude spent 20 minutes on the phone with me the first time and about 15 minutes the second time. Not only did he answer my questions, but he educated me on the questions I answered. He took the time to ask me what/why and was able to give me knowledge on things I didn't even think about. QoW - WOW. F'n wow. I purchased a graphene coating and window tint. I took my brand new F150 from the dealership straight to him. I did $140 exterior only clay bar and wax at the shop. Great customer service. They did a really good job. They are thorough and pay attention to details. My car had many contaminants, and there were still quite a bit of contaminants left even after the clay bar treatment(this would be similar anywhere you go with the just clay bar treatment). So if you're in for getting rid of all contaminants and have a smooth finish, I would recommend paint correction. I would definitely come back for that paint correction. Thank you team!
