I went in for body work and paint resulting because of a collision. The damages were minor. Had to take my car twice to get the paint job match the rest of the car. The door was still pushed in. I mentioned that the door was fine before the accident, everyone in the shop was adamant that it was my rear door that was deformed and not the one affected by the accident. I had videos and pictures of my car from before the incident. I had to convince him to fix it because the doors on the other side were in line. After some time he decided to hammer it back into place. I thought body shops are supposed to be the experts and the fact that I had to tell them how to fix a car, is not promising.
