Very good communication and a simple, flexible process on my end- regardless of what part of my car was being fixed! I am a college student and simply needed a tire patched (might not be the biggest of problems) and rotated, but also had to get my oil changed too. Come my next inspection, the work I had done at George’s held up very nicely across the season. Great work! Highly recommend for those in the Columbia area. Just walk in and out.

Pleasantly surprised with the excellent service provided by George Automotive Services. Starting with pricing, not a company looking to get rich off of its customers, though I would appreciate seeing labor costs on the quote and invoice (competitive advantage, I understand, but still). Experience itself was great, having the opportunity with the techs looking at my vehicle’s current and potential future issues - team really cares and it shows. The small details of cleaning my windshield to adhere an oil change sticker and wiping my steering wheel down after completion of the work were exceptional. And Frank working the desk - an absolute class act. It was great to work with a guy who has been on both sides of the desk and will try his best to ensure a satisfied customer.

The owner's are so kind and sweet!! My car battery died and they were able to get me new battery and fixed within an hour. They are very understanding .One of the best experience I've had at an auto repair shop!! I highly recommend coming here!!

Might have left a review before but here's another lol still great service, very accommodating and understanding, always good to their word on deals and what not. Makes every effort to get us in garage, if and when it's *at all* possible. Prices reasonable, I'll always wish it was cheaper hahaha but I feel they make no compromises in quality.

Upfront honest ..very well priced. .they do excellent quality work!! Would definitely recommend to anyone that needs work done. Worked on our BMW replacing valve covers and drive shaft..
