I’m really happy with the service I received here. After moving here, passenger side my mirror was knocked off and I scratched the side of my car. The mirror was replaced and my scratch was buffed. The price was very affordable and work the was great. (I didn’t need to use insurance!) I had read other reviews (and got quotes from other shops in how area). You can save your time.. because I can assure you, George is the best in the area and it is a wholesome family business. This is my new spot.

George and his crew kept me up to date, checked in regularly, and were kind and professional. Extremely happy with the match on the paint and the quality of the repair. Just wish Merc wouldn’t make these flimsy, plastic pieces that snap but George also made it affordable.

Very sweet and professional. They do excellent work in a timely manner and also ensure they communicate with you through the entire process. I would definitely recommend! Terrible Experience For Me! Never Got Any Updates on the Car. Finally got my car back yesterday and I'm not satisfied at all. My car had scratches on the back of the trunk that was not there before. My steering wheel is hard to turn and it’s squeaking. I bought a part for my car that was connected to my acceleration pedal and it’s not even there anymore. My trunk won’t even open … I have a 2013 ford mustang Gt . Could you give me a call or text whenever you have time please? There is no way for me to respond to what you send under my review. I would have to edit a post like this just to respond. So that’s why I used my other email. Im just trying to get in contact with someone that’s all.

Superior work!! Superior Customer Service!! Several shops wanted me to file an insurance claim. I was referred to George Imports and they took me in THE SAME DAY... affixed my bumper and the little touch up paint I needed. They saved me hundreds of dollars! The customer service was top tear. Everyone was courteous and professional. Not that take advantage because I'm a woman feeling. I will definitely be referring everyone to George Imports!
