If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Nothing is worse than having arrogant and unprofessional tow truck drivers while going through a motor vehicle accident when emotions are high, making the situation worse for those in at-fault and not-at-fault entities. Their website specifically states that they are hiring and it would be in their best interest to fire these drivers that are pictured in this review. Provided with this review are pictures of the most arrogant tow truck drivers and the license plate of the tow truck they were driving.

Definitely not your typical towing service in the best ways possible! They handled my family’s truck with respect and care even though it’s older. They also went above and beyond to help us salvage the cap, taking time out of their day to help us when they did not have any obligation too. Thank y’all for everything!!! I hope I never have to call y’all again but if I do, I know I’m going to be in great hands

They are the very worst between being very rude, unprofessional very high priced, and not understanding with people at all,,,, if you can avoid them go somewhere else

Complete rip of, my daughter got to an accident less than a mile from the towing company, took less that an hour to clean the scene, wich was a couple pieces of plastic fender, and towed the car to their lot, wich it was about half mile from the accident scene. Next morning she called the towing place to ask for the cost to get the car out, the ladies in the office told my daughter it was going to be $200 plus storage. My daughter went to pick the car up, the old guy told her that the bill it was $570. She ask way so much money and the old guy rip the receipt out her hands and started to get nasty and disrespectfull and another two of the workers joined in in arrasing my douther. THis company is a complete rip-off. No I don't have you guys mistaken for anywhere else. My car was there for 2 nights only. You guys charge me $1,455.04 you even charged me $60 for gloves your employee used. You said your driver waited 3 hours( that was a lie) yet you charged $160 per hour. George Logan towing inc ( 371 old George Rd. North Brunswick NJ 08902 ). You are not mistaken for anywhere else. You're a complete rip-off
