Terrible experience! They had my black 2002 Lexus 5 different times, for 2-4 days each time, over a 3 month period, to paint the car and remove some small dents. They promised everything would be done in 2 days and would give me a loaner car. Loaner car never happened (lots of excuses), phone calls never returned, I showed up for appointments they forgot to schedule, hood repainted 3 times and still orange peel effect, detailing didn't resolve the problem, just left strong buff marks. Lexus dealer, my mechanic, auto rental owner and my guy friends all agreed my car was "over-sprayed", resulting in orange peel hood! They never gave me a detailed written estimate (my bad), promised me the moon and failed to deliver the work as verbally agreed - later said they never agreed to do the work

George Jr. and his son helped me overcome a difficult situation. My car had suspension issues that I haven't been financially able to deal with. I got lucky bringing my car into George Jr.'s shop when I did. George Jr.'s son (also named George) is starting a business as a used auto dealer. Used car prices are high nowadays, but George & George were in a rare position to give me a deal; I'm incredibly grateful. They're very knowledgeable, amiable, and accommodating to all of my questions. They taught me what to look for when buying a used car. I was able to get a sport commuter from them for the same price it would've cost me to fix and register my out-of-state car. George Jr. and George III uphold the legacy of George's Auto Body with 10/10 customer care. Be nice; they're great guys. And
